Shipping Policy
Serakia shipping policy for the United Kingdom and internationally.
We are pleased to offer delivery to over 230 countries and regions worldwide. Our global shipping network spans key markets, including but not limited to:
- North America & Oceania — United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
- Europe — United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and other EU and EEA countries
- Asia & the Middle East — Japan, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong SAR
- Africa — Nigeria and additional supported regions
Eligibility for delivery is determined at checkout. If you can enter your shipping address and complete your order, we currently ship to your location.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order due to carrier limitations, regulatory restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund where applicable.

Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping rates
United Kingdom
- Free standard shipping on orders of £150 or more
- £3.99 standard shipping on orders between £0.01 and £149.99
- £6.99 for next day delivery (no minimum order value)
International
- Flat rate of £20 for international express shipping on all orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred

Next day delivery is only available for orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
All orders are processed and dispatched during working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking is provided for all orders so you can monitor each step of the delivery journey.
Delivery responsibility & secure drop-off
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Couriers are not permitted to enter flats or individual living units. Please select a safe and secure delivery location while the order is in transit.
As a small and growing business, we are unable to absorb the cost of replacing or refunding items that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly advise customers to ensure their delivery location is secure and to use any “safe place” options provided by the courier.
