We want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• Unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• In original packaging where possible
• Sale and final-sale items may be excluded — noted on the product page

How to return

1. Email us at support with your order number and items to return
2. We’ll share a prepaid UK return label where available, or return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the original item and place a new order to secure stock.
